Tomen specializes in plain or ripstop polyesters and nylons for down sleeping bags and jackets. Our fabrics are specially manufactured with a bi-construction, super-tight weave to be lightweight and downproof, and our liners have finishes with anti-static, anti-odor wicking properties.

We also offer Gelanots® Dry Heat, a sleeping bag shell material for high-end bags that is incredibly breathable with moisture permeability levels exceeding 10,000g/sqm/24h. Gelanots® Dry Heat excels at protecting your down and synthetic insulations from the elements. Dry Heat is an incredibly breathable lamination designed to be used as a protective outer layer for sleeping bags and insulated jackets. Insulations protected from wind and rain with Dry Heat retain their loft better and keep you warm and dry without internal moisture buildup.
