Super Lightweight Nylon-66
Our Super Lightweight Nylon-66 is the fabric of choice when weight is a concern. This high tenacity fabric is stronger and softer than Nylon-6 and has a higher melting point, which improves colorfastness and allows for more durable seam seals.

Moisture absorption
Nylon-66 absorbs and dispels moisture more smoothly than polyester for improved comfort.

Melting Point
The melting point of Nylon-66 is 40°C higher than Nylon-6, which provides more leeway during twisting and other high temperature processes. Moreover, no special dyeing methods are required to obtain brilliant colors that do not run.

Compression
Nylon-66 is incredibly soft and conforms to your movements like a second skin.

Abrasion
Nylon-66 is exceptionally smooth and supple, for frictionless performance and superb abrasion resistance.

Hollow Yarns
Our Hollow Yarn fabrics are 30 percent lighter than they appear while maintaining durability, which makes them perfect for lightweight garments that need to look heavy and rugged. Constructed with nylon or polyester, the air trapped in the fibers helps improve the fabricís insulating characteristics. Hollow yarn fabrics can be treated with our waterproof/breathable coatings and laminates.
